This page contains WordPress form demonstrations created using the Nex-Forms plugin. When Submit is clicked in either form, the form contents are emailed to your own WordPress administrator.

This simple form demonstrates addition and dividing the sum of the addition by 10. Note the latter is expressed as 2 decimals. At this stage, it does not appear possible to use more than one Math Logic variable and Math Logic variable values are NOT submitted by email.

Insert into the page using a shortcode using the NF icon in the MCE visual tab.
